Food Preparer

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The food preparer is responsible for preparing assigned food products on the menu according the Rue 41specifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working the food preparation station as assigned by the manager.
Making salads, slicing meats/cheeses, soups, quiche to specifications and the Daily recommended amount needed from production sheet.
Making all needed prep foods for the sandwich unit and foodservice line needed that day/shift.
Storing delivered stock.
Rotating all food products using FIRST IN-FIRST OUT rotation method.
Cleaning refrigerators, freezers, walls, work benches, floors and kitchen equipment used in the production of food.
Being in uniform whenever on duty.
Any other task requested by the Manager.
