Line Server

 

Reports to: General Manager/Shift Manager

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Prepare and serve quality products that meet Rue 41 standards.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALADS

  1. Assembling salad platters, according to Rue 41 portion standards, at the request of the customers.
  2. Assembling side salads, quiche, combo meals, according to Rue 41 portion standards, at the request of the customer
  3. Keeping salad station stocked full and fresh during entire shift.
  4. Maintaining cleanliness of the salad station area.
  5. Wearing the appropriate uniform whenever on duty.
  6.  Recommend meal additions to every customer. Suggestively sell.

 

SANDWICHES

 

  1. Preparing sandwiches according to Rue 41 portion standards, at the request of the customers.
  2. Keeping sandwich station stocked full and fresh during entire shift.
  3. Preparing kids meals, quiche, and combo meals, according to the Rue 41 portion standards, at the request of the customers.
  1. Maintaining cleanliness of the sandwich station area.
  2. Wearing appropriate uniform whenever on duty.
  1. Recommend meal additions to every customer. Suggestively sell.

 

SOUPS

 

  1. Serving soups, rolls, beverages and any other additional menu item to the customer.
  1. Making sure clean coffee cups, silverware, napkins are always available to the customer.
  2. Help with cashier transactions whenever needed.
  3. Wearing appropriate uniform whenever on duty.
  4. Recommend meal additions to every customer. Suggestively sell.
